The Park Mackay is conveniently located just off the Bruce Highway on the south side of Mackay, near to local beaches, the airport, railway station and only 7kms to the CBD.
With close access to the highway, we are a quiet and ideal base for you to explore all this magnificent region has to offer.
A 45 minute drive takes you to the Eungella National Park, where you can view the platypus in its natural habitat. Enjoy a BBQ lunch at Finch Hatton Gorge, visit a working sugar mill or walk the botanic gardens. Relax sipping a coffee or a cool drink at the Marina then take a cruise to one of the islands and for the more adventurous why not take a unique flight over Mackay in a tiger moth?
We offer a variety of clean, comfortable accommodation including self-contained villas and studio apartments. Also available are powered sites with an option of drive through, all with wide easy access for large rigs down to campervans. Some tent sites available. We have something to suit families, couples or singles with short or long term stays welcomed.
We have three pristine clean amenity blocks with showers, toilets and laundry facilities, one including disabled facilities, dump point, 2 fully equipped camp kitchens with fridge, microwave & hot plates, TV room with internet kiosk, BBQ’s, and a swimming pool for cooling off.
